Duties:
- Coordinate day-to-day activities in the laboratory
- Ensure that test are carried out as per the requirement of the customer and regulatory requirements;
- Prepare necessary technical documents for accreditation and other necessary laboratory documents as per ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 requirements:
- Participate in Proficiency Test programme and perform quality control and performance checks;
- Carry out root cause analysis and implement corrective actions;
- Prepare microbiological medium, decontaminate samples;
- Participate in technical committee meetings whenever necessary;
- Prepare midyear and end of year report of the section;
- Supervise subordinates;
Post requirement:
First Degree in Microbiology or relevant field plus a one year specialize training
